Office Manager
Mikkia Massey has been with Seeker Rod Co. since September 2010, as our Office Manager, but that does not limit her from getting her hands into just about everything that goes on in the shop. She has challenged herself in the finish department and the shipping department, and we are sure that there will be more to follow.
She was born June 15, 1989, hints the name (Jim Upton gave her) “Kiddo.” Her background is in office assistance, data entry, billing, and customer service. She is an amazing mother, friend, and employee. Her life experiences and creativity have provided her with the skill sets that Seeker needed to manage our offices.
Since becoming apart of Team Seeker, Mikkia has been a full force, team player. Often going out of her way or above the call of duty to accomplish a task, no matter how big or small. She has also managed to build and maintain great working relationships with our customers, staff, and vendors. She happens to be personally responsible for getting the “Seeker Swag,” up and out of the door to each customer individually. While taking advice from other staff and friends of Seeker, she managed to create a design that represents the transformation that Seeker was going to make leaving 2011 and coming into 2012.
Mikkia is much appreciated in the office, she plays an important part on our team, and we look forward to seeing her grow with Seeker Rod Co. with the years to come.
